The Moscow State Construction Oversight Committee issued the permit for commissioning of the multifunctional residential complex “Shtat-18”, located at the address: Novokosniskaya str. 18, bld.1. The total area of the project has made 15 672 sq.m.
The multifunctional residential complex “Shat-18” has been built according to the club ideology and consists of two seven-storeyed buildings with the underground parking and the fenced secured territory. The modern frame and cast-in-place technology, uncharacteristic for Novokosino district with the predominantly panel development, was used during construction of the house. The original author’s architectural solution, decoration of façade with the German clinker brick, modern apartment floor plans developed with a view to the consumer demand, within walking distance of “Novokosino” underground station, allowed to sale about 70% of flats by the moment of commissioning.
There are altogether 193 flats with the area from 22 to 75 sq.m. with high ceilings with the height exceeding 3 meters. The free layout is stipulated in the flats, and due to fact that the partitions in the complex are non-load-bearing, it is possible to combine several flats into one flat.
“Shtat-18” is the first house with underground parking in Novokosino, it resulted in the strong demand for the parking spaces, the sale of which was started in December, 2016. More than 70% of parking spaces were sold at present.
