Capital Group shareholder Pavel Tyo has purchased the building at 15 New Arbat. The total investment in the project is 6.5 billion rubles, including the purchase price. The newly sold building has 26 storeys and a total area of over 28,900 sq m. The project documentation envisions the building as a 4-star hotel with 498 new rooms. Reconstruction is scheduled to be completed by the time the 2018 FIFA World Cup opens.
