Pavel Te has voluntarily committed to solve the problems with the participants of the shared construction at 11A Bochkova Street

Capital Group has won a tender to purchase the leasehold of the land property located in Moscow at 11A Bochkova Street.

The cost of the lot was 1.2 billion rubles.

Although the terms of the tender do not stipulate any formal or legal obligations to the shared construction participants, Capital Group has voluntarily committed to fulfill the obligations of the former investor,” said the Chairman of the Capital Group Board Pavel Te.
