Capital Group has purchased the right to construct a multipurpose complex on a plot of land on the Sofiiskaya Embankment of the Golden Island. According to Pavel Tyo, the total value of the transaction is 10 billion rubles.
According to Tyo, the territory will be used for the construction of a low-rise multipurpose complex with an above-ground area of 37,000 sq m that will accommodate a boutique hotel, residential property, and offices for Russian and international companies.
