Capital Group is negotiating the purchase of a plot of land in the vicinity of Sofiiskaya Embankment on Bolotny Island (also known as Golden Island). The developer’s shareholder Pavel Tyo will be the project's investor.
Quoting two partners of Capital Group, Vedomosti reports that the plot of land in question is a 1.63 hectare lot on Bolotnaya Square held on a long-term lease by Territory Development Corporation. According to them, the transaction has already been closed.
